Parallel between Publisher Identity and the Document Entities

Description: This slide diagram was presented by Marcio to illustrate a scenario in his Read, Write, and Recycle the Web presentation at University of Sao Paulo in Brazil. The upper part refers to a timeline and icons representing the perception of the Publisher in the Web. It shows the an old gray period, then the "I" identity which came after blogs period, and then the "WE" identity which represents social publishing. The second part ilustrates a parallel to describe icons refering to the Document identities. It presents the "Who?" ( before 90 ) identity associted via an IP. In this period, an end-user would have to reach an IP to touch the publishers content. The "They" period refers to the Site age, where and end-user could access a site entity and associate this entity with the owner or the publishing. The "I" period is associated with the Page aspect. Where a page may, in general after 2000, refer to an author. And finally the "We" period the concept of a page is broken in multiple items. So there is an association with nodes of inforrmation in a document, micro summaries, and distributed association. It shows also a query URI as a means to refers to data in a given page, and as a means to mutate a page view or to focus in a given target element in a page.
